Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the brands' social media accounts and assets, including interacting with followers and responding to comments, inquiries and complaints;
2. Collaborate with marketing team to plan content for TANYU social media calendar, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and RED etc.;
3. Assist in marketing materials design, photo and video on-site shooting;
4. Coordinate among various functional agencies (design, MCN, vendors) and outlets to - platforms’ performance for automotive brands and competitor brands via monthly reports;
5. Handle website and CRM system (customer relationship management);
6. Brainstorm marketing initiatives with in-house team & agencies, execute ad hoc tasks;
7. Follow the media buying strategy and liaise with influencers, media and other suppliers;
8. Assisting in monthly report covering the exposure performance and insights;
9. Seeking new platforms, methods, or styles of promoting our brand online, and to better assist in planning the annual budget of the digital marketing.
Requirements:
1. Min. Degree in related field or its equivalent
2. 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position
3. Performance-driven attitude with a hunger and thirst for results
3. Strong analytical problem-solving skills and an ability to think creatively
4. Excellent written communication skills.
5. Conscientious and tenacious in working with and around challengers; and always with a sense of urgency.
6. Highly proficient in both Eng and Chi will have an added advantage.
