Job Description: We are currently seeking a creative and dynamic Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our company's marketing activities, including social media management, content creation, branding, photo and video editing, and social media advertising.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage all social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and 小红书 (Xiaohongshu).
2. Create engaging content for social media platforms to attract and engage our target audience.
3. Assist in photo and video shooting for social media content.
4. Edit photos and videos to enhance the quality and appeal of our content.
5. Manage social media advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
6. Identify and reach out to potential homeowners to promote our homestay management services.
7. Explore collaboration opportunities with other businesses and influencers.
8. Build and maintain the company's and individual team members' branding.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in social media management, content creation, photo and video editing, and social media advertising.
• Proficient in using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and 小红书 (Xiaohongshu).
• Experience in photography and videography.
• Proficient in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, Capcut).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
