Marketing Manager

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to own and accelerate our growth engine. In this role, you’ll navigate high ambiguity, ideate and rapidly test novel marketing experiments, and drive results with minimal direction. You’ll partner across product, design, data and sales to translate big-picture goals into scrappy, high-impact campaigns.

Primary Responsibilities

Strategy & Experimentation

• Define and prioritize a backlog of marketing experiments (A/B tests, channel pilots, messaging tweaks)
• Craft clear hypotheses, success metrics and rapid timelines
• Analyze results and iterate—double down on winners, kill losers

Campaign Planning & Execution

• Build end-to-end campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels
• Own campaign briefs, creative direction, timelines and budget tracking
• Coordinate with agencies, designers and copywriters to ship assets on time

Data & Optimization

• Monitor MQL, CAC, LTV and conversion funnel metrics
• Identify growth bottlenecks and recommend scalable solutions
• Maintain dashboards and regular experiment reports

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with product and engineering to align on feature launches
• Partner with sales to translate marketing leads into pipeline
• Liaise with customer success to incorporate user feedback into messaging

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years in B2B or consumer marketing, ideally in a startup environment
• Proven track record of designing, running and scaling marketing experiments
• High agency: self-starter who thrives without a playbook
• Comfort with uncertainty—quickly pivots based on data and new information
• Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics, Mixpanel or similar

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with growth-stage companies or bootstrapped startups
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)
• Background in content marketing, SEO/ASO or performance advertising
• SQL or basic analytics scripting skills
