Qra is a start-up neighborhood grocer with a mission to make eating well and living well more accessible to the communities we serve.
As a Marketing Manager, you'll be at the forefront of driving initiatives designed to elevate Qra's brand awareness and forge meaningful connections within our community.
Reporting to the Founder & CEO, you will collaborate closely with our dynamic retail team, including Merchandising and Operations, to ensure cohesive marketing strategies that deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth for the brand and company.
We're seeking a candidate well-versed in both digital and traditional marketing, with strong leadership acumen, a collaborative spirit, and a knack for generating and implementing innovative ideas. Responsibilities:
Here’s a glimpse into the day-to-day scope of this role (includes but not limited to):
• Manage all marketing initiatives across the brand:
a. Handle branding and promotions
b. Manage both online and on-ground marketing campaigns
c. Coordinate PR initiatives and third-party collaborations
• Brand and customer engagement platforms:
a. Collaborate with both external and internal teams on brand and
customer engagement strategies across the brand (including but not
limited to):
i. social media
ii. in-store customer touch points
iii. on-ground activations (events, workshops etc)
• Ensure brand consistency and excellence across all platforms:
a. Maintain brand coherence both internally and externally
b. Ensure brand messaging is consistent and excellent
c. Manage social media content and other marketing material
• Own and manage marketing calendars, tasks and processes
a. Manage marketing calendars, budgets and timelines
b. Coordinate collateral requirements, visuals, assets and inventory processes
c. Ensure efficient production of marketing materials
• Liaise and network with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues,
suppliers, and partner organisations.
• Evaluate marketing campaigns, monitor/study competitors’ activities, market
demands and trends.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Management, or any related
majors/courses.
• At least 5 years’ experience preferable of both digital and general marketing. Retail industry experience is an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, coupled with confident leadership abilities.
• Exceptional project management capabilities, including the capacity to oversee and prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Familiarity with brand development and multi-channel marketing models is an advantage.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and continuously evolving environment.
