Marketing Manager

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team and lead our marketing efforts to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and growth.
• Oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, content creation, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
• Manage and optimize key accounts, ensuring strong relationships and business growth.
• Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
•  Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, making data-driven decisions to improve performance.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, specifically within the Food or FMCG sector.
• Proven experience in key account management and opening.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Previous experience working with multinational corporations (MNCs) is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership and project management and budget management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
