MARKETING MANAGER

• Expend brand awareness for the Company and its sub-brands to increase footfall and leads.
• Develop and execute brand strategy to create interest, demand and recognition of the products.
• Plan and manage events including private customer events and roadshows.
• Manage digital ecosystem; from growing online following on social media to capturing leads and sales on e-commerce platform.
• Conduct market research to determine risk and marketability of potential products and features.
• Monitor market trends and competitive analysis to improve plans.
• Produce quality content write ups and anchor the brand story across media channels.
• Manage an annual marketing budget to achieve goals; measure and report performance of campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Govern branding across all consumer touchpoints, including in-store visual merchandising, sales presentation flow, POSM, e-store products and content.
• Empower and manage team members to execute marketing initiatives.
• To carry out any other additional task as required by the Management.
