We are looking to drive our marketing activities for our business. We provide IT Support & Cyber Security Services to SME Legal Firms & Accountants.
We require someone who has experience in delivering high return marketing strategies.
This person will have experience in the See, Think, Do, Care Framework.
The areas / platforms we need the Marketing Manager to support on are (but not limited to):
- Organic Google SEO
- Website management
- Social media management (Linkedin primarily)
- Copywriting and content management
- Data analytics
- LinkedIn
- Email Marketing (Hubspot)
Job Duties
- Establishes marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts
- Oversees current offerings and comes up with initiatives for new products or services
- Researches and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies
- Works with marketing staff to develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels and sales teams
- Approves and oversees the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects
- Communicates with various media buyers, advertising agencies, printers, and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with sales teams, as well as technical and administrative staff, to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Client Engagement and Retention: Utilize the CRM tools (like Hubspot) effectively for customer engagement, retention strategies, and targeted marketing campaigns.
- Budget Management: Administer the marketing budget with a focus on maximizing gains and cost optimization.
- Performance Analysis: Track campaign performance and analyze data to provide insights and action plans. Adjust strategies as necessary to meet business objectives.
- Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and expand the marketing team. Encourage continuous learning and development to keep the team at the forefront of industry standards and innovations.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional marketing qualifications may be advantageous.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in a marketing role with proven success in strategic planning and execution, particularly within the technology and/or cybersecurity sector.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills. Proficient in SEO, content management, social media strategy, and data analytics tools. Experience with CRM software, preferably Hubspot.
- Personal Qualities: Highly organized, strategic thinker with exceptional analytical abilities. Adept at multitasking and prioritizing in a dynamic environment.
