Job Responsibilities

•     To lead the marketing team and in-house creative team for developing the Diapers & Wipes brand category.

•     To formulate integrated marketing strategies for achieving business and brand objectives.

•     To develop and manage both digital and traditional marketing from planning, tracking, and creating detailed timelines and processes from kick-off to execution.

•  Responsible for product management which includes managing product life cycle, forecast, product certification, launching as well as implementing new product development.

•     To lead company marketing events, trade shows, road shows, and/or related exhibitions.

•     Provide support to the international market in terms of formulating marketing, branding as well as product development.

•     Responsible and accountable for achieving online e-commerce sales targets by formulating strategic and execution plans.

Job Requirements 

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’ degree or higher in Marketing or its equivalent.
• A master's degree is an added advantage.
• A strong track record of 6-7 years of working experience in marketing with a mix of digital marketing, traditional marketing, and product management.
• With at least 3 years of experience as a senior marketing executive.
• A good sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication for coming up with creative ideas.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
