Marketing Manager - Energetic Workplace

Responsibilities:

JD MARKETING MANAGER

1. Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies encompassing both offline and online campaigns to promote the ballroom, banquet hall, and restaurant, with a primary focus on driving event bookings and to build company branding.
2. Plan and implement targeted advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and social media ads, to effectively engage potential customers and expand our reach.
3. Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies, leveraging insights to inform campaign development and optimization.
4. Create compelling and visually appealing ad creatives and content for digital advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and objectives.
5. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, maximize results, and achieve ROI goals.
6. Manage budget allocation for advertising campaigns, ensuring efficient spending and effective resource utilization to achieve business objectives.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and advertising, implementing innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
8. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, operations, and culinary staff, to align marketing efforts with business objectives and ensure a seamless customer experience.
9. Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and training on both offline and online marketing techniques and strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administrative or equivalent 3 years working experience.
• Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Able to organize work independently under minimum supervision.
• Good command of Malay, English and proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
• Willing to travel and possess own transport
