MARKETING MANAGER (Healthcare) - Continuous Learning Opportunities

This position is based in the OTC section

Job Description :

• Collect and analyse consumer and market insights and competition strategies to make recommendations to management and marketing team
• Identifying opportunities and gaps for the brand based on data analysis / research
• Make recommendations to management on the category based on own expertise of the consumer, market and competitors (launch analysis, strategic memo, etc.)
• Work with the sales team to design and implement brand strategies so that the marketing message is consistent.
• Planning & organizing new product launches & implement planned activations relevant to brand image & strategy
• Manage & liaise with internal & external business partners on planning & execution of communication & promotional campaigns
• Ongoing compilations & reviewing of competitors’ marketing activities
• Ensure monthly sales target is meeting KPI
• Preparing business meetings with presentation on business updates, market insights & upcoming plans with clear key messages for management

Job Requirement :

• At least 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in Pharmaceutical and Health supplement industries 
•  Preferably holds a Bachelor’s or a Master’s Degree, preferably in relevant field.
• Strong drive to strive for excellence, flexible, creative with high learning agility 
• Good project management and strong communication skills 
•  Able to work with internal and external parties
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Good stress management skills and ability to work well under the pressure
• Detailed-oriented and independent, able to work on short deadlines
