Marketing Manager - Hiring Immediately

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning and implementing brand promotion and activation strategy, including brand positioning, defining target audience, competitors, etc.
• Responsible for planning and implementing 360 marketing activities, including online social media channels, offline promotion, and marketing to improve brand awareness and overall brand image.
• Carry out market research to understand consumer demands and market trends, provide fundamental data support for carrying out the brand strategy. 
• Ensure the consistency of brand image and supervise the implementation of the brand vision and strategy.
• Cooperate with channel partners, agents, and suppliers to carry out brand promotion activities and ensure brand stability in the market.
• Define performance indicators of brand promotion activities and regularly report on the achievements and benefits of brand promotion to the management.
   

Job requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in marketing media and other related majors
• 3+ years of marketing background in the fashion field, clothing, and apparel e-commerce marketing.
• Extensive experience in elaborating marketing strategy and teamwork.
• Excellent communication and data integration skills. A database of online micro or medium-tier influencers with proven ROI track will be a significant advantage.
• Extensive experience in project management, organization, and management of brand promotion activities.
• Relevant work experience in the fashion industry, familiarity with the market situation, risks, and competitors.
• Excellent English and Mandarin speaking, reading, and writing skills. Ability to handle international projects and work in a multicultural environment.
