Marketing Manager - Positive Work Culture

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in developing and executing effective marketing strategies to drive company growth and increase brand awareness.

This role requires a leader who is not only adept in various areas of marketing but also excels in managing and motivating a team to achieve exceptional results. In addition, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the marketing budget to ensure optimal allocation of resources and maximize return on investment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, including performance marketing, campaign planning & execution, and social media engagement.
• Oversee Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and monitor industry trends.
• Work closely with the sales and product development teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
• Manage and oversee the marketing budget, ensuring strategic allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide reports on marketing campaigns' effectiveness.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply - with industry standards and company policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a marketing role, with a strong focus on team management.
• Proven track record in performance marketing, campaign planning & execution, social media management, and CRM.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Fluent in English, BM (Bahasa Malaysia), and Mandarin to cater to our diverse market.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and budget management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Location at Bukit Raja, Klang, with the flexibility to work from home 1 day per week.
