Marketing Manager (Property Development experience) in Penang - with Great Benefits

Job Scopes

1. The M&S Manager reports directly to the CEO & Managing Director with overall daily updates or issues 
2. The M&S Manager is responsible for each project design & concept. This includes working with internal & external team, pitching designs, and understands the purchasers/market needs/wants. 
3. The M&S Manager is to attend meetings and follow up on project dept on outstanding and slow progress on site.
4. The M&S Manager is responsible for managing multiple projects from concept through after sales. He/She is responsible for ensuring that the Projects are designed to the market needs/wants.
5. The M&S Manager needs to work with the project teams, account dept, advertising agency to develop marketing strategy & concept for each project to be presented to the CEO & Managing Director.
6. The M&S Manager shall establish marketing plan, securing sufficient resources (internal and external) and monitoring the effectiveness of the marketing team. Making sure we reach our objective & hit the sales target.
7. The M&S Manager shall establish the company identity and shall continuously provide good branding/image. 
8. The M&S Manager needs to work closely with agents, bankers, lawyers etc to make sure smooth sales procedure and looking into international market and customers.
9. The M&S Manager should make decision or solution for any upcoming problems before report to CEO
10. Preparation of Marketing budgets, approval of work complete from external agency
11. Develop performance goals and assume accountability for implementation. 
12. Review and evaluate project professionals.
13. Mentor Marketing team members.
14. Responsible to create, update and improve on the Standard Operating procedure for CEO & Managing Director review
15. Establishing policies and procedures, 
16. Setting up systems and providing adequate resources to enable effective operation of the marketing team 
17. Setting up registers and monitoring compliance of asset security, determining support requirements,
18. Ready to lead and able to show leadership in a team
