About Our Client

Company based in Klang Valley is a principal group in the luxury retail beauty category with various brands under its umbrella. This role is managing one of its luxury brands to develop brand traction in the market.

Job Description

• Functioning as a brand owner, you are responsible in developing the brands' annual 360 marketing plans which includes product management, brand communications, promotion, trade activations and forecasting.
• Implement an omnichannel approach with brand visibility and traction both online and offline.
• Managing consumer and promotional events in brick and mortar stores (new launches / new store opening) while ensuring all collaterals for offline and online communications (social media, websites) are aligned.
• Identify key PR and Media personnel to best represent the brand while managing their deliverables.
• Strong collaboration with internal teams (sales, demand planning) and external (digital / media agencies) including retailers to ensure best exposures for brand.
• Sensitive to market trends and consumer data to decipher actional strategies of brand growth according to the brand's identity, guidelines and values.

The Successful Applicant

• At least 7 years in retail
• Team management experience
• Passion and a keen eye for luxury
• Dynamic and collaborative team player spirit
• Independent and accountable with good learning agility
• Resilient to challenges, strategic and analytical thinkers
