Marketing Manager - SaaS ERP / Finance solution

Responsibilities

• Critical hire to build the Marketing vertical / department.
• Leading a small team through mentoring and delegating
• Prioritising / Planning the Marketing efforts
• Wearing multiple hats - moving between different pillars of the Marketing focus: Acquisition / Activation / Upgrade / Retention

Must Have

• Strategic / Marketing thinking
• B2B SaaS experience
• Performance Marketing
• Justifying past / future Marketing initiatives by quantifying outcomes

Nice to have

• Offline Campaigns
• Copywriting / Content writing

Levels

• Reporting to the CEO/Founder
• Owning the entire Marketing vertical
• Hands-on role (Individual Contributor) role to begin with then fast track promotion to Lead upon meeting targets
• This is a Mid - Senior hire 5 - 6 years of 360 Marketing experience

You may currently be in a senior marketing role or managing a small team and prefer a hands-on IC role. Agency or in-house experience welcome.

Location:

• Hybrid 2 per week office Tuesday & Wednesday
• Bangsar South - Next to MRT
