Marketing Manager - Start Immediately

Job Description 

• Develops cohesive, brand-defining channel plans while continually evaluating and optimizing our current strategies as we scale. Responsible for campaigns, influencer marketing, content, partnerships, and experiential.
• Develop strategies to maximize brand visibility.
• Utilize customer insights, data, and feedback to develop communications strategies and drive marketing innovation - motivating the team to make every brand communication memorable and shareable.
• Maintain marketing communications calendar tied to business goals and product launches in collaboration with teams.
• Develop and monitor advertising and promotional strategies, including brand building.
• Design and execute advertising plan, budget and expenditure.
• Track the effectiveness of our Brand Marketing campaigns by developing and maintaining key performance metric dashboards.
• Create marketing plans and proposals for projects, update website content, and utilize social media
• Liaise with advertising agencies for all above-the-line (ads, magazines, billboards, radio ads) and below-the-line (newsletter, posters, buntings, souvenirs).
• Analyze market conditions and competition to determine the effectiveness of promotional activities.
• Liaison with influencer / KOL for the social media engagement & posting monitoring
• Implement integrated marketing campaigns that combine online and offline advertising, public relations, sponsorships, road shows, and other tactics to generate demand and sales leads.

Job Requirements

• Degree holders in marketing or business equivalent with 2 years experiences.
• At least 2-5 years of working experience in the related fields.
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times that reflects the brand's standards.
• Good negotiation skill, result oriented, able to meet tight deadline with multi-tasking abilities.
• Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Excellent presentation and organizational skills
• Creative abilities.
