Marketing Manager - Unlimited Growth Potential

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team to establish sales objectives and monitor progress to ensure the team achieves performance goals.
• Conduct market analysis on trends and competitors, comprehend consumer needs to develop corresponding market strategies.
• Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy, incorporating pricing strategies, promotional activities, advertising, etc., based on the results of market research.
• Utilize data analysis tools and metrics to oversee market performance, assess the effectiveness of marketing activities and adjust market strategies accordingly.
• Enhance brand awareness and reputation by promoting the company’s brand through advertising, social media, offline activities and other channels.
• Foster relationship with external companies, merchants, or platforms to facilitate business cooperation and expand service offerings.
• Stary abreast of market trends, comprehend industry dynamics, and proactively identify potential opportunities and challenges.  Ensure maximum market impact within the confines of the company’s budget
• Communication between various departments to ensure smooth workflow and coordination across internal departments and external parties.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or a related field
• Proven 4 years working experience in marketing, preferably in food delivery platform industry
• Demonstrable experience managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
• Working knowledge of ad serving tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with social media and marketing strategies (Google Business, FB Marketing, IG, etc)
• Familiar with current marketing trends
• Familiar with TikTok, XiaoHongShu, Instagram reels and other content platforms; experience in content-based e-commerce is highly preferred
