Major Responsibilities

• Strategic planning and implementation of CRM campaigns for user retention activities across multiple channels including eDM, SMS, WhatsApp, App push, in-App message, etc.
• Analyze content marketing metrics and make changes as needed 
• Develop promotion schemes, ensuring user insights, past learnings and best practice are applied.
• Optimizing onboarding journeys, analyzing onboarding data and comparing competitor’s onboarding flows, advising and creating optimization plans.
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule, work plan, and resources allocation
• Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Communication with worldwide related teams about CRM campaigns and promotions arrangements.

Job Requirements

• Degree in business studies, preferably in finance, marketing or equivalent.
• A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, solid campaign management experience is required, preferably in the financial industry or agency background experience for financial institutions.
• Flexible, adaptive to a fast-paced environment, and able to meet tight deadlines with quality output.
• Strong ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations
• Excellent interpersonal and project management skills.
• Experience with Braze, Looker, Fullstory, Figma tools will be a plus.
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English.
