Job Responsibilities:-

Identify and develop innovative digital strategies and creative growth strategies
Identify and leverage the most effective digital channels including social media, email, and search engines to meet marketing objectives.
Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.
Plan and execute pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok ads, etc. to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Build relationships with media to improve the company's exposure and coordinate all public relations activities
Manage media events, media inquiries, and interview requests to develop an overall Marketing plan
Manage Point of Sales Material (POSM) including budget allocation, distributions, and assortment by finding the most efficient solutions
Planning and implementing exhibitions, road shows, and promotions campaigns.
Merchandising to create brand recognition and communications
Collect market information and merchandising photos, in order to prepare reports for immediate superior
Conduct marketing plans, product launches, promotional activities, and others
Develop advertising online and offline campaigns with cost estimates.
Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to provide actionable insights for optimizing strategies.

Requirement:-

Self-motivated and independent, able to work without minimum supervision.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree or equivalent.
Proven experience in developing and executing digital marketing strategies.
In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques, tools, and platforms including, social media advertising, email marketing, search engine marketing, and other marketing channels
Able to read, write, and speak in Mandarin, English, And Bahasa Malaysia.
Preferred 3-5 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
