Marketing & PR Manager/ Senior Manager - Energetic Workplace

Job Description 

1. Leads team across campaigns, influencer marketing, content, partnerships and experiential to build cohesive, brand-defining channel plans while consistently evaluating and optimizing our current strategies as we scale our business.
2. Drive ROI: Develop strategies to maximize brand visibility.
3. Leverage on customer insights, data and feedback to further develop communications strategies and drive marketing innovation - motivating the team towards making any piece of brand communication a memorable and shareable experience.
4. Working closely with teams to drive and maintain marketing communications calendar tied to business goals and product launches.
5. Formulate and monitor advertising & promotional activities, including brand building and implement marketing strategies.
6. Design and execute advertising plan, budget and expenditure.
7. Develop and maintain key performance metric dashboards that track the efficacy of our Brand Marketing activities.
8. Enhance CRM program; maintain & record customers’ database & manage customer’s complaints.
9. Prepare project proposals and annual marketing plan, website updates, and social media presence
10. Liaise with advertising agencies for all above-the-line (ads, magazines, billboards, radio ads) and below-the-line (newsletter, posters, buntings, souvenirs).
11. Plan media schedules (including media buying, negotiation with media owners and booking of schedules)
12. Manage digital marketing efforts including social media, digital content, online advertising.
13. Arrange market research and analysis to determine the effectiveness of promotional activities and to monitor changes in market conditions and competition.
14. Liaison with influencer / KOL for the social media engagement & posting monitoring
15. Manage & motivate team of highly skilled marketing professionals
16. Execute integrated online/ offline, advertising, PR, sponsorship, roadshows and other campaigns to generate demand & sales lead.

Job Requirements

1. Degree holders in marketing or business equivalent with 5 years experiences.
2. At least 5-7 years of working experience in the related fields. Preferably from the Fashion Retail Industry.
3. Able to present and conduct herself/ himself at all times in a manner that reflects the standards of the brand and of the Universal Traveller Company.
4. Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be an added advantage.
5. Excellent presentation and organizational skills
6. Creative abilities.
7. Possesses a sense of style, image and diplomacy, which permits her or him to perform successfully / optimally as a Marketing professional in a strong, supporting role.
8. Good social connections, resourceful, dynamic and self-starter.
9. Good PR, negotiation skill, result oriented, able to meet tight deadline with multi-tasking abilities.
