Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in International Business Management, Operation Management, Business Administration, or related field. A background in process engineering is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully leading and completing projects.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to use formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization, which will be considered an added advantage.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams to achieve project deliverables on time, within budget, and at the desired quality level.
• Utilize process engineering principles to analyze current processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions to optimize workflows.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates, facilitating communication between team members, management, and executives.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with managers and executives to ensure alignment and address any issues or concerns.
• Implement project management best practices and methodologies to guide the project lifecycle.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovation and efficiency in processes and workflows.
• Prepare and present comprehensive project reports and status updates to senior management.
