Let’s look at your roles

• Strategize, and execute service initiatives/activities to enhance brand positioning and ensure the brand objectives are met.
• Analyze and generate data / information, present findings, and suggest actionable insights to improve and innovate Service Package in bringing more value based on market demand.  
• Assist in gathering competitors’ pricing and stimulate possible pricing scenario for new product based on full understanding of pricing structure and market dynamics.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with main stakeholders to conceptualize and design new service offerings, including pricing, delivery scope and promotions.
• Act as key liaison between internal and external stakeholders for company’s brand identity management.
• Responsible for the company's branding initiatives, consistency, presence and promotions across all channels.
• Perform branding content audits to assess performance and take active steps to improve content quality over time.
• Responsible to conceptualize, design and liaise with creative team to implement creative projects.
• To execute Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey, which involves tasks such as creating survey questionnaires, developing a sampling plan, contacting the target audience through phone calls, collecting and analyzing data, interpreting results, and formulating action plans.
• Provide regular reports and updates on all activities.
• To support the department in any other ad-hoc related duties.

Desired Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Communication, English or Public Relation would be advantageous.
• 3 years and above related work experience with exposure in social media or online platforms.
• Flair for marketing, digital, content marketing, communications, and media planning skills. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good organizational skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in using CRM Software will be an added advantage.
• Protects the organization’s values by keeping information confidential.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
