Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our products and services in the beauty and aesthetic industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Create compelling content for various channels, including social media, website, email campaigns, and print materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
• Manage advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, media planning, and performance tracking.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and make data-driven decisions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously optimize marketing efforts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in marketing roles within the beauty, cosmetics, or aesthetic industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for the beauty and aesthetic industry and a strong desire to drive business growth through innovative marketing strategies.
• If you can read, write and speak in Chinese is a plus point.
