Marketing Specialist (Email)

Company Background

We are representing our client a Hong Kong based fintech company that provide business consultancy in marketing strategy, digital marketing solutions, data analysis, and business support. As they continue to expand, they are looking for Marketing Specialist (Email) to join their team

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and manage comprehensive email marketing strategies, campaigns, and automated flows to drive customer engagement, brand awareness, conversions, and retentions
• Create engaging email content, subject lines, and calls-to-action to maximize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
• Implement and manage strategic user journeys and automated triggered journeys to nurture leads and drive customer retention 
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign performance to optimize key metrics and drive continuous improvement 
• Generate regular reports on email marketing performance and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns
• QA and troubleshoot email campaigns across different email clients, devices and browsers 
• Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge 
• Understand and know how to perform customer segmentation and execute personalized targeting campaigns

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of hand-on experience in marketing communication (email)
• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (as the role requires dealing with China and Hong Kong counterpart)
• Experience with email marketing systems, Hubspot or AWS Pinpoint is preferred 
• Familiarity with other email platforms such as Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, and GetResponse or similar tools is an added advantage  
• Possesses strong writing skills and attention to detail 
• Ability to join immediately would be an added advantage

Job Details:

• Working location : Bangsar South
• Working hours : Mon - Fri (9am - 6pm)
