Marketing Specialist I FX & CFDs Industry

Our client is a leading FX & CFDs Retail firm offering a diverse range of electronically traded products to clients worldwide since 2007.

We are seeking an energetic, motivated, and creative Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur.

What will you do:

• Strategic Marketing: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and foster customer engagement.
• Market Research: Conduct in-depth research to identify industry trends, growth opportunities, and new market potentials.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with overarching business goals.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze marketing metrics, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.
• Innovation: Stay updated on industry developments and emerging technologies to maintain innovative and competitive marketing strategies.
• Event Coordination: Manage merchandise procurement and coordinate exhibition production for the Kuala Lumpur office.
• Localization: Translate corporate posts into Bahasa Malaysia and/or Bahasa Indonesia, ensuring impactful communication across diverse markets.
• Influencer Engagement: Strategically identify and negotiate partnerships with influencers in Malaysia and Indonesia. Assess their audience quality and build relationships for potential collaborations.

Who are we looking for:

• Languages:
  • Native proficiency in Bahasa Melayu and/or Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strong command of English.
  • Proficiency in an additional language such as Hindi, Vietnamese, Chinese, or another Southeast Asian language is a plus.
• Marketing Expertise:
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing and social media, with a focus on the Malaysian and/or Indonesian markets.
  • Proven ability to create and execute content strategies and plans.
  • Demonstrated skill in developing scripts and texts (both short- and long-form).
  • Hands-on experience in producing videos for social media.
