We are working with a young financial/FX company, led by a management team with over 20 years of experience. Their mission is to simplify trading complexities and deliver excellence to clients across multiple continents and countries. We are currently searching for a Marketing Specialist to join the team remotely from Malaysia, Thailand, or Latin America (Mexico, Colombia, Venezuela) on a 6-month fixed-term contract (FTC).
Position: Marketing Specialist (Malay, Mandarin, or Tamil)
Location: Remote from Malaysia, Thailand, or Latin America (Mexico, Colombia, Venezuela)
Contract: 6 months FTC
Remuneration: Fixed monthly payment
Responsibilities:
- Support senior management by conducting market research, monitoring industry trends, and customer behaviors, and helping identify target audiences in the region.
- Assist with the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns, including digital channel developments, events, KOL, community, and partnerships.
- Contribute to social media and content calendars by producing engaging and shareable content, such as blog articles, social media posts, videos, and infographics in regional native languages.
- Ensure regular web content updates are performed and content accuracy and consistency are maintained.
- Identify industry forums, communities, and affiliate sites, and create content for these mediums regularly.
- Ensure all marketing materials are delivered to a high standard, across a range of digital channels, within deadlines.
- Track relevant metrics using analytics tools, monitor KPIs, and report to senior management on campaign effectiveness.
- Assist with email marketing, PPC, and social media campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with social media and marketing trends and best practices.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the direct manager.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Malay, Mandarin, or Tamil, and English.
- 1.5+ years of relevant work experience in a marketing coordinator, marketing executive, or similar role. Experience in FX/Crypto/Financial business is a must.
- Knowledge of various marketing platforms, channels, SEO, CRM software, and best practices, including social, digital, email marketing, and offline events.
- Experience with social media marketing on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, Telegram, and WhatsApp.
- Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
