Penerangan Pekerjaan - Marketing Sr. Executive (Sales Promotion)

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop promotion strategies and action plans to achieve sales growth.
  • Create and execute full of above-the-line and below-the-line promotion plans.
  • Set targets and measure performance during/after promotion period to boost results.
  • Monitor market, competitors, media trends, customer needs, to increase brand competency
  • Plan and control marketing funds efficiently to maximize return on investment

    • Requirements

  • Strong self-motivated mind set and ability to work under high pressure.
  • Passionate individual who is driven by results, and high energy level.
  • Strategic, creative and flexible thinking.
  • Strong understanding on retail and F&B business, market and consumer
  • Possess technical marketing skills and industry knowledge, including understanding of media landscape.
  • Degree holder: Marketing, Business or equivalent or
  • Marketing experience: Minimum 3 years in total with retail and F&B experience.
  • Project managing experience with performance.
