• Greet guest with standard Mandara Spa greeting and serve guest with ginger tea and aromatherapy refresher towel.
• Explain clearly the treatment and products instructions.
• Following treatment, offer guest drinks and opportunity to purchase products used in treatment or other gift.
• Handle guest' question and concerns professionally and courteously
• Smile, project a sincere, friendly and professional manner at all time.
• Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products offered including up-selling or re-booking of treatment and retails selling
• Maintain professional standard in grooming and customer service.
