Master Data Administrator - Growth-Minded Organization

Summary:

The Master Data Coordinator is responsible for the creation, maintenance, and governance of master data across the organization. This includes ensuring that master data is accurate, complete, and consistent, and that it meets all regulatory requirements. The Master Data Coordinator will work closely with business users, IT, and other data stewards to ensure that master data is used effectively to support business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Create, maintain, and update master data in accordance with business requirements. This includes but not limited to Vendor, Item Codes, Customer, Bank master, etc.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of master data.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with data governance policies, standards, and procedures, promoting data quality and integrity across the organization.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of data processes, standard operating procedures, and data governance frameworks.
• Identify opportunities to streamline data management processes, improve efficiency, and enhance data quality through automation or system enhancements.
• Ensure data security and confidentiality are maintained at all times, adhering to relevant data protection and privacy regulations.

Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years working experience will be an advantage, with at least 1 year in master data management
• Strong understanding of data quality principles and practices
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
• Experience with Oracle Fusion or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
