MASTER DATA MAINTENANCE (MDM) ANALYST

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As part of the Global Shared Service Centre (SSC) of Wilmar, we are looking for dynamic, customer service and quality minded team player to join our SSC continuous expansion in 2024. The position provides an opportunity to widely increase your knowledge and expertise working for a well-known, fast growing SSC of a Fortune 500 company.

Responsibilities:

• Working on customer, vendor or material creation, change, closure, deletion process
• Assess customer credit risk and proposed limit to management
• Liaise with customer on customer on-boarding process
• Working on bank changes, credit card validation process
• Perform verification on bank details changes for vendor and customer
• Support customer queries
• Assist on material code creation, change, deletion which determine the product code and hierarchy
• Generate reports, and proposed recommendation to site
• Drive process improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess relevant Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field
• Candidate with SAP knowledge or working experience in SSC environment 
• Candidate flexible to support different time zone (7-4pm)
• Good in English communication skills, both spoken and written
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Able to handle tight timeline 
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Fully vaccinated
