Material Planner Senior Exe/ Manager (Food Manufacturer)

• Manage day -to -day material planning and ordering activities to ensure optimal inventory levels
  
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid stock -outs (OOS)
  
• Coordinate with local and overseas suppliers to ensure on -time delivery
  
• Plan and forecast material requirements, especially during peak or festive seasons
  
• Liaise with logistics partners and forwarders on shipment and customs clearance
  
• Track order status and resolve any supply or delivery issues proactively
  
• Analyze demand trends and adjust planning strategies accordingly
  
• Maintain accurate inventory records and planning data
  
• Work closely with internal teams (procurement, warehouse, sales) to align supply with demand
  
• Continuously improve planning processes for cost efficiency and service level improvement
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
  
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in material planning / supply chain / procurement
  
• Strong understanding of inventory management and demand planning
  
• Experience dealing with suppliers (local & overseas) and logistics coordination
  
• Familiar with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Excel
  
• Good analytical and problem -solving skills
  
• Strong communication and coordination skills
  
• Detail -oriented with strong organizational skills
