Purpose Statement

The Material Workstream Lead is responsible for managing and ensuring end-to-end readiness and control of all material-related activities, including sourcing, logistics, supplier quality readiness, system setups (vendor master, material master, BOM), and incoming inspection plan, etc. The role ensures materials are available, compliant, and aligned with project timelines and operational requirements.

Job Responsibilities

  Manage material readiness and status tracking.

  Coordinate supplier inspection readiness and compliance.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain accurate vendor master data and BOMs.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure incoming inspection readiness and execution.

  
  


• 
  

  Drive risk mitigation and issue escalation.

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor logistics tracking and delivery performance.

  
  

Job Requirements:

• 
  

  Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any related field.

  
  


• 
  

  At least 10 ~15 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong supply chain and material management knowledge

  
  


• 
  

  Project management and coordination skills

  
  


• 
  

  Understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP)

  
  


• 
  

  Supplier quality and inspection knowledge

  Analytical and problem-solving ability
