Mechanical Design Engineer

Job Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any equivalent.
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD, SolidWorks, ProE CAD or CREO tool desired. (CREO is preferable)
• Design Failure Modes and Effect Analysis & Assembly Analysis.
• Candidates must be able to work at Senai, Johor area.

Job Responsibilities:

• Meeting with customer Product Development/Engineering and design teams to develop new product mechanical applications and requirements.
• Executing mechanical designs using CAD, CAM, and 3D CAD programs.
• Update & modify 3D CAD & 2D drawing based on design requirements & design changes.
• Performing computer simulations and experiments to virtually test and refine the designs.
• Development and manufacturing of prototypes for testing & design evaluations.
• Documenting the design process, iterations, and test analytics.
• Preparing technical reports, design specifications documents, 2D drawings.
• Execute the design of mechanical devices, develop and test prototypes, and work closely with the manufacturing teams to ensure that design specifications are met.

• Salary: Twice a month ( 50% ; 50% + Overtime & Allowances )
• 1.5; 2.0; 3.0 Overtime rate and overtime not more than 104 hours per month [EA 1955]
