Mechanical Engineer (Chinese Speaking)

Job Duties /Requirements:

• Full Time 3 positionavailable.
• Candidate must possesat least Professional Certificates, Diploma graduates inAutomotive/Mechanical Engineering orequivalent.
• At least 3 years work experience inthe related field. However, fresh graduate also encourage toapply.
• Proficient in CAD drawing, knowledge incomputer software and hardware equipment, and familiar with variousmeasuring tools and equipment.
• Ability toplanning, communication, coordination, analytical, judgment,organization as well as implementing in varioustasks.
• Communication skills :Chinese andEnglish
• Participate infeasibility assessment of new productdevelopment.
• Prepare APQP materials and guidethe output of relevant unit data in a timelymanner.
• Convene new product developmentmeetings as planned, report the meeting contents and theresolutions, and organize meetingminutes,
• Record and send to relevant units,track the results and ensure implementation asplanned.
• Responsible for real-time control ofsupplier's parts/mold progress and problempoints.
• Make test samples, issue test ordersand track test progress and results.
• Purchaseand manage the materials required for new product samples, conducttrial production analysis of the materials, propose problem-solvingcountermeasures, and follow up onimplementation.
• Track the progress of newproduct molding, inspection, new fixture production, modification,etc. and confirm compliance.
• Follow up on theOEM's trial assembly progress and problem points, propose solutionsand provide feedback and track the results ofproblem-solving.
• Submit PPAP relatedinformation, samples, etc., and perform preparations before massproduction.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reportsand operating report materials.
• Prepare productbudget and control budgetexecution.
• Responsible for on-site trialproduction of each changed part and submission of problempoints.
• Complete other tasks may assigned bysuperior leaders from time to time.
