Job Description

In charged of Mechanical Maintenance Department
To repair machine. Need to have experience in welding skill.
To assist in evaluation of machines, tooling and equipment
Assist in the selection and decide on methods and equipment's in accordance to quality requirements
Prepare preventive maintenance records
Prepare downtime maintenance records
Carry out equipment's planning
Lay out equipment's and machinery's in accordance
To ensure production preventive maintenance activity is well implemented.
To analyze machine downtime and equipment failure.
Monitor and control all machinery and equipment spare parts consumption.
Execute modification works and improvement project.
Ensure proper documentation of equipment data
Maintain and improve yearly target of the mechanical downtime of various production equipment plant-wide.
Minimise downtime by doing an effective troubleshooting and improvement projects and work closely with the rest of the Maintenance team.
Any tasks of jobs as instructed by superior.

REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in welding skill & machinery (Manufacturing Industry)
Independent and result oriented with good written & communication skills.
Good leadership skills.
Good discipline and attitude.
