Mechanical Engineer- Executive

Responsibilities:

A. Engineering Design, Execution, Monitor,Improvement

• Workclosely with internal production team and external parties onproduct design and compliance.
• Preparestructural 2D and 3D drawing design and analytical software test ifrequired.
• Prepare engineering documentationsfor JPJ Technical Department or any other government authority forapproval. 
• Maintain proper filing andrecording for all engineering activities.
• Maintain and update library data from time totime.
• Ensuring the quality of theproducts.
• Assist in preparing material toproduction.
• Perform other duties as assignedby management from time to time.

B. Reporting

• Prepare, maintain and update daily, weekly andmontly tasks list.
• Study, analyze, compare andevaluate between actual and forecast of material and resourcerequired.
• Foster continuous improvement byreviewing material consumption and make necessary adjustments inresponse to product design, performance metrics and changingconditions.

Requirements:

• Possess minimum Diploma, Bachelor's degree inany related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years relatedworking experience (Automotive and Engineering Industry will beadded advantage).
• Experience in using ERPsoftware (Added advantage).
• Experience indirecting and supervising production personnel (Addedadvantage).
• Languages required: English,Bahasa Malaysia.
• Skills required: Basic skillsin AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor 2D & 3D (frame design),simulations and analyze test data and Microsoft office.
• High sense of responsibility. 
• Good in teamwork, interpersonal and communicationskill.
• Capable to prepare clear andcomprehensive technical documentation.
• Sharpattention to details in identifying defects andproblems.
• Highly committed-Able to workovertime to meet production schedules.
• Highlyanalytical mind, with exceptional problem-solving skills andattention to detail.
• Self-driven- Able to workindependently with minimal supervision.
• Result-oriented- Commited to getting things done inproper and timely manner.
