Are you a fresh graduate in Mechanical Engineering eager to dive into the dynamic world of production maintenance? We're seeking a passionate individual to lead and coordinate maintenance activities across various aspects of our production line.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate maintenance activities in production line and compounding, including maintenance of chain, sprockets, gears, tracks, oven, dipping tanks, holders, and other mechanical components.
• Oversee offline maintenance for equipment services such as burner, blower, motor, and other relevant equipment used in the production line. 
• Manage offline maintenance for equipment services in production stripping and layering line. 
• Lead maintenance activities in electrical and electronic controls and instrumentation, including sensors, PLC, HMI, control panel, probes, relays, and other automation control devices.
• Assist with maintenance activities for the SCADA system and its components.
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality and output issues related to automation and instrumentation.
• Optimize operational costs and energy usage through improved automation controls.
• Ensure the quality of maintenance work by taking ownership and coordinating with relevant teams.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and implement fast corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain records and data for traceability and verify scheduled maintenance execution.
• Utilize CMMS for streamlined maintenance operations and preventive job orders.
• Plan and implement frameworks for more effective maintenance tasks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead and coordinate maintenance activities.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.
• Knowledge of CMMS and maintenance best practices. 
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
