Mechanical Engineer (HVAC)

CSF Advisers Sdn Bhd is principally engaged in the business of providing a full range of services associated with data centres.

In line with our business growth, we are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Mechanical Engineer (HVAC) to be part of our team. You will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our company by effectively showcasing the features of the products for residential and commercial projects.

What do we need you to do?

1. Planning, design, CAD drawing preparations and documentations for Air conditioning, Mechanical ventilation and as well its related services.
2. Define, literate and practice mechanical design, technology, and technical specification calculations.
3. Provide suggestion, selection and guide for materials and equipment for the mechanical infrastructure. Preparing Bill of Quantity as well participate with RFI, RFP and RFQ.
4. Lead a team, in charge, oversee and prepare the roll out of Mechanical installations, project assigned, as well break fix issue matters.
5. Provide advice, support and guidance for all Mechanical services related matters in context of changes, improvement, adjustment, extension and development towards Data Centre Project and Facility Operations.
6. Control failure analyses and support testing. Is able to use best practice, new technologies, compliance of standard and regulations.
7. Execute any others responsibilities as assigned by superior or management from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Should possess recognized Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Applicant with Diploma or Professional recognized certification in Mechanical is acceptable with proven track record experience.
• Able to understand and communicate in Bahasa Malaysia or English.
• Ability to use and literate with CAD drawing.
• Ability of method and technique used in daily facility operation, repair and maintenance.
• Capable to leading a group of technical team.
• Hand on and practical with variety of tools and equipment.
• Possess own transport, and willing to travel as when as required.
• Best health condition is required.
