Job Description

  Position Summary:

• As a Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the Company’s business growth by identifying, engaging, and nurturing prospects.
• You will combine your technical expertise with strong sales skills to understand customer needs, prepare cost estimations, and deliver technical presentations explaining products, equipment, and services to prospects.

Responsibilities:

• Establish close relationships with existing customers and potential customers.
• Effectively plan, prepare, and conduct sales presentations, demonstrations, and solution proposals that move the customer toward the purchase.
• Respond promptly to all customer inquiries while providing a solution for each inquiry efficiently.
• Achieve a minimum order intake per month to ensure sales top line and gross profit targets are met.
• Study blueprints, plans, and other customer requirements and work closely with engineers and the technical department to formulate cost estimations.
• Undertake effective market and information analysis of situations, data, etc. to identify market 
  trends and effective competitor identification.
• Prepares sales engineering reports by compiling, analyzing, and summarizing sales information for weekly submission.
• Prepares collection report for all overdue payments for submission to superior.

Job Requirements

• Candidates must have at least a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 to 3 years of working experience preferably in industrial products.
• Fresh graduates with a background in Mechanical Engineering and an interest in a sales role are encouraged to apply.
• Effective negotiation skills and a positive “never give up” attitude.
• Candidates proficient in Mandarin language are preferred, as this will facilitate communication with native Mandarin-speaking customers and stakeholders.
• Able to work independently yet a proactive team player for team support.
• Possess own transport with valid driving license and required to travel to visit existing and potential customers.
