Your new responsibilities

• To monitor, check and ensure all systems and facilities placed under the care of the individual group are adequately maintained and supported for uninterrupted manufacturing activities.
• To monitor, check and ensure all routine services, preventive maintenance and calibration to systems and equipment are done correctly and timely as per schedule.
• To periodically check and ensure all documented specifications are updated.
• To ensure all relevant permits and licenses are updated in a timely manner.
• Responsible for continuous improvement program related to mechanical systems.
• Participate in facilities project planning and implementation related to mechanical systems.
• Develop training materials and conduct training for technicians / SLA for mechanical systems related topics.
• Other assignments as required by the department.

What we look for

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in similar field. Candidate with working knowledge of ISO 6 cleanroom, chilled water system, process cooling water system, exhaust system, compressed dry air and process vacuum system is preferred.
• Project management skills will be an advantage and understanding of process is necessary.
• Must be able to lead a team of technicians / SLA.
• Knowledge of facilities system operation and maintenance. Candidate with working knowledge of SCADA (Siemens PCS7) or FMCS will have added advantage.
• Excellent verbal communication and written in English and Bahasa Melayu.
