Role: Media Campaign Manager - Korean Language Location: KL, Malaysia Job Summary: MCMs are required to create Marketing campaigns for client and communicate with the end clients for any information related to their campaigns. They create, monitor, and report the campaign details to the clients. They also interact with the sales team as an when needed. Required skills:

  • Excellent Korean & English Language Communication
Qualification:
  • 3+ years of experience in International Technical Support /Customer Support preferably in a voice + chat support channels.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in one of these languages - DE, FR, IT, ES, TR & RU.
  • Problem Solving and Analytical Aptitude (IQ 100 or above).
  • Work independently with minimal supervision with attention to detail, proactively communicate issues and seek inputs for remediation.
  • Above average MS-Excel skills (VLOOKUP, string functions, logical functions & pivot tables).
Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively through chat, email and occasionally voice with account managers, advertisers, creative agencies, and publishers to address issues in a timely manner.
  • Understanding client requirements and accurate implementing them with stringent quality parameters.
  • Handling queries/troubleshooting on assigned cases within Service Level Agreement.
  • Assisting clients in image hosting and promoting dynamic campaigns.
Added advantage:
  • Client handling experience for advertising products like AdWords (Search, Display, Mobile), Analytics (PPC ROI tracking) with knowledge of various online advertising models (Search, Display, Mobile, Video) and revenue models (like Pay per click, Cost Per (Thousand) Impressions, Cost Per View and/or Cost Per Acquisition) will be a significant added advantage.
  • Familiarity with Digital Marketing and E-Commerce tools preferred.
  • Knowledge of CSS, HTML, ActionScript / Javascript preferred.
