Medical Director (Hemodialysis) - Hiring Fast

Job Scope:

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for hemodialysis services.
• Developing, reviewing, and implementing policies and procedures for patient care.
• Ensuring that dialysis procedures are conducted safely and effectively.
• Managing any complications or medical issues that arise during dialysis sessions.
• Analyzing clinical outcomes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Providing guidance on best practices, ensuring adherence to protocols, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Ensure that the dialysis center meets all regulatory standards and guidelines.
• Research initiatives aimed at improving dialysis outcomes, as well as evaluating and implementing new technologies or therapies.
• Ensuring that patients receive appropriate care, have access to necessary resources and support services, and are empowered to participate in decisions regarding their treatment.

Job Requirements:

• Graduated in Medical Degree (MBBS/MD/Equivalent) 
• Haven’t used APC for licensing of any medical center (hemodialysis, clinic, ambulatory care center, hospitals)
• Must be a Medical Doctor with interest in Management of Chain Dialysis
• At least 5 years of working experience
• Experience in hemodialysis care and leadership.
• Having a valid APC
• Strong willingness to learn leadership and management skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
