Medical Officer (Doctor) 

Job Requirement: -

• Medical Degree (MBBS / MD) registered with Malaysian Medical Council.
• Minimum 8  to 10 years’ experience in Accident & Emergency Medicine & Trauma  Service.
• Have a valid Annual Practice Certificate( APC) 
• Have a valid Indemnity insurance
• Possess excellent communication skills and compassion.
• Able to work under pressure

Clinical Function:-

• Appropriate primary and secondary assessment (triage) and immediate management of emergency patients.
• Excellent clinical skills and patient care 
• Documentation of vital signs and immediate resuscitation instituted according to priority of patients.
• Practicing prompt procedures and management of patients.
• Maintain situation awareness all the time and refer patients timely to respective consultant.
• Effective communication to consultant during referral of cases and pass over appropriately to next shift colleagues before off duty.
• Execute Emergency SOP in patient’s care and good management skills in procedures.

Administrative Function:-

• Ensure work procedures and technical specifications required by Ambulance are executed according to SOP.
• Attending various training and talks to update the latest emerging diseases to enhance  the services.
• Assisting in the company’s programme and activities such as giving health/medical talks, conducting medical check-up, assisting in blood donation campaign for public either on-site or off-site.
• Participate in and support accreditation, compliance and regulatory activities of the organization. Participate in the development, review and evaluation of critical care medical management practice protocols within legal guidelines in compliance with the company Policies.
