Re sponsible in generating sales, increase market share and ensure profitability results for assigned territory as aligned with marketing strategies and BI goals.
Maintains and utilizes expert product knowledge and highly effective selling skills to executes brand strategies to ensure company sales and marketing messages are delivered to targeted customers.
Utilizes CRM tools to create pre-call plans, plan activity, report, monitor samples and maintain customer records.
Analyzes territory information to optimize customer calls and create annual business plan for execution. Monitors market conditions for changes that impact our business.
Adhering to Compliance, Code of Conducts and Policies - Is responsible to ensure that all company and industry compliance topics/requirements are understood adhered and established local processes followed
Bachelor's degree in Science from an accredited institution is preferred
Minimum 2 years sales experience in hospital channel is a must
Experience in sales covering oncology, rheumatology, respiratory or specialty disease area will be an advantage
Ability to work independently
Strong scientific acumen and product / disease knowledge is required
Experience in doing presentation to a group of audience is required
Key competencies include: excellent interpersonal skills, drive, resilience, persuasive skills, teamwork, organization skills and strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to travel (30% time travel out of base) is a must
Based in Central (KL, Selangor)
Must possess valid driver's license and a car
