Medical Sales Executive (Medical Device) - Collaborative Environment

Job Description:

• Promote company's product range in the primary care, general practitioner market according to product-related market segments.
• Lobby, organize appointments/meetings and promote company's product to customers who are GP doctors, clinic owners, clinic person in charge, purchaser etc.
• Conduct product introduction, recommendation, pitch, demonstrations, product detailing to customers.
• Organize and/or conduct sales and marketing activities and participate in medical conference, workshops and events.
• Negotiating contracts, tenders, and quotations with healthcare professional and follow-up closely on the deals until the the deal is closed.
• Constantly update to superior and management on competitor activities/strategies/pricing.
• Develop new customers and grow current customer database, build good rapport and relationship with the customers.
• Able to strategize and achieve sales target/KPI assigned.
• Attend trainings, meetings and produce reports/paperwork as required by management.

Other important information:

• There are 2 GP sales position available.
  • 1 position for Primary Care, GP market in Central & Southern (Negeri Sembilan, Melaka & Johor) – base in Central.
  • 1 position for Primary Care, GP market in Central & East Coast (Pahang, Terengganu, Kelantan) - base in Central or home base in East Coast
• Candidate must have a degree in Biomedical Science, Biology, Biotechnology, Science or other life science related studies. 
• If no degree, then at least 3 – 5 years experiences working as sales in the IVD industry is required.
• Commission and Travelling allowance are provided.
