POSITION:
1. MEDICAL SALES EXECUTIVE
Must-have Education Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree or higher (science stream is preferable but not required)
Nice-to-have Experience:
- Experience in marketing, sales, or technical experience
- Marketing experience in medical device, biotechnology, or healthcare
- Strong technical aptitude in the clinical environment
- Sales orientation or exposure to working with a high performing sales force
Must have skills, as this will be important: -
- Good communication skills in English (presentation, email, conversation, writing etc.)
- Clear sense of responsibility and passion towards medical care community
- Independent and strong self-discipline (punctuality, self-planning, scheduling, reporting, target setting etc.)
- Self-motivated, resilient and strives on challenge
- Fast learner and continuously update knowledge
- Collaborates well in a team
- Must own a car and have a valid driving license
- Able to travel outstation when necessary
- Position is to be based in Klang Valley
Key Responsibilities: -
- Running Sales Calls and Presentations to support our key customers.
- Building leads and a network of new customers for our product portfolio.
- Communicating with your managers, peers, co-workers to deliver the best solution for our key customers
A Day in the Life:
- Support, assist and advise key medical professionals on the optimal use of our product portfolio.
- Cultivate, maintain, and build relationships with key customers.
- Execute and report weekly sales calls, marketing, sales targets as planned and agreed with the Sales Manager.
- Administer invoicing,
- Actively monitor inventory-consignment,
- Replenish stocks, as required.
- Domestic travel to support our key customers and medical professionals.
- Continue to update medical and product knowledge to demonstrate expertise and gain confidence of our key customers in our products
- Keep current on new and competitive offerings and market intelligence and report to management
- Comply with Company Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards
