- Manage sales and promotion of pharmaceutical products to existing and potential clients.
- Provide coverage of your assigned customers in your assigned territory (Private and Gov Hospitals) as planned by Management.
- Develop and implement business strategies to penetrate and safeguard market shares.
- Detail/promote and sell your assigned products towards achievement of set target in assigned territory.
- Organize and conduct CME, sales presentation to customers.
- Periodical assessment and review of business performance in accordance with the Company’s direction.
- Committed to achieving sales target given by the Company.
- Cultivate relationships with KOLs; build lasting relationships with customers.
- Assess needs of target physicians, address needs with responsive approach, targeted skills, and appropriate resources.
Requirement:
- Candidates must possess own transport and willing to travel within the country.
- Excellent communication and selling skills.
- Proactive and sense of responsibility towards the tasks given.
- Good interpersonal skills, good working attitude and a team player.
- Strong business acumen, problem solving, strategic thinking, data analytical skills and project management skills, as well as planning and prioritization skills
