Job Description

Responsibilities:

1) We are looking for candidate from Melaka, Johor and Kelantan.

2) Selling and promoting Perniagaan Normahas range of medical devices and Pharmaceutical Products.

3) Work with Sales Manager to define sales strategy/ plans for the product and customer portfolio

4) Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to meet sales objectives

5) Gain a strong understanding of the company’s product range, plans & directions, so as to expand business with existing customers and build new customers to capture market share.

6) To monitor and provide feedback on market activities and trend.

7) Manage and build relationship with customers, enable negotiation with regard to product requirements, pricing, distribution, logistics and promotion mechanism.

8) Be responsive to customers’ needs and requests, takes initiative to resolve conflicts and provide effective solutions to customers.

9) To prepare for pre-sales documentations and post-sales reviews.

10) To service the existing customers and open new customers.

Requirements:

1) Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field. Graduates in Science and related fields have added advantage.

2) Experience in the medical and healthcare industry is an added advantage.

4) Possess own transport and willing to travel extensively.

5) Highly motivated and able to work well under pressure.

7) Cheerful, cooperative, and proactive.

6) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
