Penerangan Pekerjaan - Medical Services Implementation Manager - EMR (ID: 612245)

A. Overall Purpose Of The Job (Brief description of the primary purpose of this position)
MS Implementation Manager - EMR in Enterprise Applications is responsible to understand client demands, develop project plans, and ensure that implementations are completed on time, within budget and meet client expectations.

The MS Implementation Manager - EMR is also expected to build good relationship with other team members in Medical Services Business Line, IT Business Partnership Team, Architecture Team, Development Partners, Information Security Team and IT Shared Service Teams like Infrastructure teams etc. and serves as the trusted IT advisor in MS Enterprise Applications

B. Key Responsibilities (Critical responsibilities and skills of this position, listed in order of importance)
• Administer everyday workflow of all EMR implementation processes and provide technical support to all Implementation Leads
• Coordinate with team to resolve all issues within required timeframe and recommend appropriate changes for evaluation and implementation for team.
• Monitor all implementation requests and administer staff working and assist team and provide required coaching for same.
• Evaluate all management information reports and ensure achievement of all team objectives.
• Collaborate with system integration team and ensure compliance to all client requirements and provide appropriate training to clients and ensure efficient implementation of all systems.
• Develop all processes and tools for customer implementation lifecycle and identify all defects.
• Maintain all project plans and ensure compliance to timeframe and collaborate with stakeholders for all implementation processes.
• Review and revise scope considering any new information and/or changes to initial assumptions, including implications for project time, cost, quality, and risk.
• Review and Manage defects during the project life cycle.
• Assess the change requests requested in the application and escalate to Business and IT Owners as required.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise methodologies and processes and provide input to develop and improve such methodologies and processes, to meet best practice and ensure regulatory compliance.

C. Job Profile
Required Skills and Knowledge (Brief description of technical knowledge or skills needed to perform the job)
• Strong understanding of medical services.
• Experience in HIS/EMR or clinical systems implementations.
• Experience in integrating HIS with sub systems, such as LIS/RIS/PACS or ERP
• Working knowledge of HL7, unified health records or health information exchanges.
• Moderate to advance proficiency in SQL
• Refined communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organization skills.
• A proven track record of bringing projects in on time and within budget.
• Experience of the whole project life cycle.
• The ability to foster motivation within the project team to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to analyze situations and take appropriate action consistent with Company policies.
• Ability to have a strong impact and influence key decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to understand the differing business strategies and practices that exist within a large organization.

• Should have sense of ownership, urgency, and self-motivation.
• Good business acumen and able to understand the business requirements and convert to solution.
• Ability to translate the technicalities into business language and communicate to the business team.
• Affinity to work in international and multicultural environment with excellent English written & verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills.

• Good understanding of ITIL concepts and terminologies especially in Incident Management, Service Request Management, Problem Management, Change Management and Release Management.
• Ability to create concise and clear functional documentations and review the functional deliverables.

Required Work Experience (Brief description of the job-related experience needed to perform the job)
• Experience in working with a clinical system.
• Experience in Project Management and able to work with internal and offshore development team to deliver systems according to specifications as well as leading and performing postproduction support.
• Experience in working with JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience in cross matrix reporting structure spread across a Region in a Multinational Corporation.

Required Qualifications (Brief description of the educational background needed to perform the job)
• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics or engineering discipline.
• Postgraduate qualifications in Project Management (Prince2/PMI accreditation) is desirable.

Required Languages (Brief description of the language skills needed to perform the job)
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in French is preferable 

Travel / Rotation Requirements (Brief description of any travel or rotation requirements)
• Moderate (25%) Travel is required.
