- Assist in the implementation of merchandising strategies and plans.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Support product selection and assortment planning based on market insights and sales data.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with operation team to ensure timely replenishment.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute promotions and marketing initiatives.
- Prepare sales reports, analyze data, and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Assist in visual merchandising efforts, including product displays and store layouts.
- Collaborate with purchasing department on pricing, negotiation, and order management.
- Maintain accurate product information, pricing, and inventory records in the system.

Skills/ Knowledge
- Analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities and excellent communication (verbal and written) in English. Chinese dialect candidates is added advantages.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of market trends and consumer preferences.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and merchandising software is a must.
